World Telemetry, Inc. ("WTI") designs and develops intrinsically safe wireless systems for monitoring hazardous materials. WTI's technology philosophy is centered around ultra low power devices operating on a proprietary wireless network. Telemetry data is acquired from intrinsically safe sensors in hazardous locations and transmitted wirelessly at extremely low RF levels to an aggregating gateway up to a mile away. WTI's systems are FCC, CE, UL, ATEX, and CSA approved for use in North America and Europe in Class I Division I Group A-D or equivalent hazard zones. Once data is gathered from the hazardous zones, it is transmitted to WorldTelemetry's Data Center via the Internet. The telemetry data is then validated, normalized, and data warehoused for WTI's customer. WTI's customers access this information via WTI's Insight Data Management web application or secure feeds into their ERP and MRP systems.
